Crossing the Andes to Lima, chasing the sun but it’s winning the fight for its own demise. If you look at the highest ridge of mountains, they seem almost level. They’re at eye level, or not far off. You’re in a jumbo. You must be at something insane like 30 000 feet. And still they’re right their outside your window.
